About Maève

Atelier Maève is a creative space exploring the intersection of photography, art, interiors and materiality.

 

Founded by Brenda de Lange, photographer, visual artist and poetic mind exploring the quiet interplay of presence, resonance and coherence through images, objects and spaces.

The work moves between photography, art, interiors and material exploration. Whether creating an image, curating a collection or developing an object, Brenda is drawn to simplicity, texture and a sense of quiet presence.

 

Inspired by natural light, organic materials and the poetry found in everyday life, Brenda creates work that invites to remember the beauty which is always present in us. Work that does not seek attention, but offers a moment of stillness within it.

 

Through photography, fine art prints, mixed media wall works and sculptural objects, she continues to explore the relationship between beauty, presence, form and feeling.
